Trouble Assembling Your Ruff Ramp?

Please send an email to Returns@lovewinkproducts.com within 30 days of purchasing Ruff Ramp and you will be instructed where to send your ramp back. If you assembled Ruff Ramp, you must carefully disassemble it and repackage Ruff Ramp for shipping. Ruff Ramp must be returned in the original packaging and container and arrive undamaged. A full refund will be credited to your credit card within 10 days of receiving your return.
If your goods are delivered damaged, we required multiple photos from you showing details of the damaged goods and the condition of the shipping carton they came in. Email your photos to Returns@lovewinkproducts.com. For delivery of damaged goods, Love Wink Products llc, at its sole discretion, will determine if the entire shipment will be replaced or if the damaged parts will be replaced. You will receive instructions via email as to where to send the damaged goods.
For Defective goods, Love Wink Products llc, at its sole discretion, will determine if defective parts were a manufacturing defect and need replacement or if the defect was from any other cause. If the part is a manufacturing defect, you will receive instructions via email on where to return it and a new part will be shipped to you. If the defect is from any other cause, including but not limited to improper assembly, part modification for any reason, misuse, abuse, etc., we cannot accept a return, but you can purchase replacement parts for the damaged parts by emailing Returns@lovewinkproducts.com.
Love Wink Products, llc is not responsible for Ruff Ramps that are purchased sized incorrectly for the dog, for Ruff Ramps sized for less stairs than the staircase has, for Ruff Ramps that are left unfinished, for Ruff Ramps that are modified in anyway, and for Ruff Ramps that have been improperly assembled. Ruff Ramp is not for human use. Ruff Ramp is not a toy. Please keep children from playing on Ruff Ramp. The customer assumes all responsibility for these situations.
